Jennie is a highly respected and sought after market research & marketing leader. She has spearheaded innovative, challenging, and mission-critical initiatives throughout her career.

Jennie has led and executed global quantitative research studies, developed innovative research methodologies, and designed organization-wide research strategies. Additionally, she has trained and mentored more than a hundred professionals on research best practices. Prior to founding Honeycomb Collaborative, Jennie was the Director of Market Research for the iLaw division of BARBRI.

Jennie also has a long and successful track record developing marketing plans and messaging for new products and audience segments under high-pressure market conditions. At Pearson, Jennie led marketing for a critical digital platform launch as well as for a $35M educational product line whose revenue grew more than 50% in two years.

Jennie has a B.A. with Honors from Stanford University.

Kris has deep expertise in applying the insights from market research to both creating growth driving products and bringing them to market. At Pearson Education she was the primary strategist for an $18M line of SaaS educational products, ensuring an optimal mix that addressed evolving segment needs and opportunities while launching and rebranding several successful digital products. As a Director of Product Marketing at Skillsoft she led an agile marketing team to drive awareness and growth of their $90M line of Business and Leadership courseware. Kris firmly believes that success is the result of collaborative teamwork coupled with consistent focus on customer needs.

She has a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University and a Master’s degree with Honors from the Universite Libre d’Bruxelles.

Tara has extensive experience as a creative director / graphic designer / front end developer. Prior to founding Honeycomb Collaborative, Tara served as creative lead for Pearson Education’s global corporate marketing and creative services function. There, she was charged with implementing the global brand architecture and newly developed identity. Tara oversaw execution throughout her tenure spanning branding, front end web development, email, print, campaign (OOH, social, print ads), motion, presentations and more. Her experience includes both B2B and B2C design.

Tara has developed curriculum for both Suffolk University’s graphic design and Northeastern’s Professional Studies programs which cover topics including web development, critical thinking in design, creative concepting, accessibility and responsive design for multiple platforms. In addition to curriculum development, Tara still actively teaches undergraduate and graduate classes at both institutions.

She has her Master of Arts in Graphic Design from Suffolk University and a BA, both in Graphic Design as well as Political Science. She has been awarded numerous ADDYs and other awards for her design work.
